Anonymous6: Do we really even want to live in a world where people would look at this shit and not say a single word against it? It's scary how many of you want to stifle any comments against it and try to depict this as part of out normal lives. For all the people who want to defend this just look at the above poem and try to tell yourself that it's normal for people to like this type of art. You know that bitch went out and killed a little girl as soon as he finished typing that. And please, don't even bother with that "It's only a picture, it's not real. " bullshit, it's the reflection of the artists desires - given half a chance he'd do it.
darksithwas12: @Anonymous: lolwut
It's just a cartoon. It isn't real.
And hentaimaster's poem? I don't know what's up with him. I think he simply got way too excited when he found his kink shared online, or something, he doesn't represent everyone here who is able to tolerate this kind of porn.
I think their point was that by calling this a "kink", classifying what is actually just psychopathic desires to murder someone as a normal sexuality... is, absurd. His point was, these sorts of desires are exactly the ones that makes stuff like in this image actually happen in real life. So, he's not wrong to say that someone with these sorts of desires, has an actual motive to go out and actually do it.
Hell, actual modern psychology and neurophysiology says that the more you act upon the fantasy in any way. The more you are hardwiring your brain to work that way. As someone who has had to go through behavioral therapy for their own sick problems, I have to tell you that it was very much a thing that was brought up. The more you "act" upon a thought in any way, the closer you are to actually going and doing it. It's the way the brain works. Kinda like how words of affirmation build confidence and can lead to assertiveness, etc.
traffik: @darksithwas12: I must be the only one who realizes that hentaimaster's "poem" is a parody of the 'Happy Birthday Lisa' song from the episode with Michael Jackson.
Anonymous10: @Anonymous: No, the artist Wouldn't do it, given half a chance. Not even a full chance, with no repercussions.
What you seem to lack the capacity to understand is what art, games, anything creative in general, stands for. And that's to serve as an outlet for someone to either share their thoughts, to understand someone else's, or as a medium to vent frustration or that wonderful thing most of us have called "Creativity".
Look at Doom. Doom is a video game made circa 1990-something, and was led by a man by the name of John Romero. It's a bloody first person shooter that revolutionized a genre, and gaming in general. It was also heavily controversial, and made john romero look like a Psychopath. But was he? no. over 20 years later, he still hasn't harmed a single soul. He's still in the horror business, but that's because his imagination and creativity excell at producing that sort of content. He's not a real life murderer, and he never will be. And if he ever saw a demon in real life, he would probably brown his pants.
What makes me say this? I've been playing his games since I was 4 years old. 18 years later, I'm told I'm the kindest giant people know, everywhere I go. (I stand at 6'5'', and can and have lifted 250+ men up onto my shoulder with ease.) If anyone could hurt someone? It'd be me. but it's not who I am. Despite growing, savoring, and still to this day, revelling, in an environment of violence, blood, and destruction, my nature is not dictated, nor controlled, nor even remotely connected to, that which I enjoy. And the simple thought you have that it should, and that it will for everyone, is the exact mindset that is now ruining creativity as a medium.
If you don't like it, Do not, for fuck's sake, come here and preach to good, honest folk about why you don't like it. Because you're not nearly as right to do so as you think you are.
