Woozle: I like Extro's work, but these gnolls look wonky to me. The face is too humanoid. It's like he shoved the muzzle back into it to make something that looks...not like a gnoll. Compare to pretty much every other gnoll pic, in which they have a hyena head.

Anonymous1: I think it's a matter of perspective at work. Notice they have lower jaw lines indicating an elongated muzzle, but their heads are turned down so they don't really stick out. There is a certain failure on the artist's part to make the top part of the muzzle (the 'face' as it were) not look flat, but I'm perfectly willing to forgive him.

I do agree that Halflings are pretty much kender now, just not as interesting.
