So yeah, the tag has been nuked by the host due to legal threats. I've sent a follow up email to see if reuploading is likely to result in the tag getting nuked again.

Anonymous7: I heard the site creator could have a backup of the pics that weren't hash banned. Hope they can restore most, if not all those pics. Posting them all from zero would be truly a pain on the ass.
@Anonymous: Excluding patreon rewards, newgrounds, hentaifoundry, drawfags, some godforsaken websites etc...yeah. And it's probably some of those fanart posted here before were already deleted on pixiv. So if they weren't posted in some booru or another repo as a sort of backup, they are gone for good.
Anonymous8: If the situation hasn't changed by Monday I'm gonna start a big re-upload. Until then comment some good alternate names for the tag. It should be close enough that people who know the series recognize it, but distinct enough so that it clearly isn't a copyright infringement. Something like "ascent of the protection hero" or anon 5's suggestion like "Rise of the Raccoon-girl".
