Anonymous7: Chara isn't black, although frisk can 100 percent be black. Toby has said that frisk looks the way they do so it's easy for the player to see themselves as that character, which is why Frisk's skin is yellow. Just like emojis, frisk isn't anyone recognizable so you can see whoever you want to see. They don't have a gender, skin color (by this i mean they're completely yellow, like emojis, they don't have a set skin color), face, or a special hairdo so you can see yourself. Chara does have an expression, skin color and a set personality because you're not chara. Chara doesn't have a gender most likely because it's supposed to match Frisk's gender to make it less awkward. Frisk is who you want them to be. That's the point. There's nothing wrong with giving frisk a different skin color, hairdo, or face. I don't see anyone complain when frisk is white, so why not black?
