A 'crossover' tag should be added since Flim-Flam appeared only as a 'guest' star in The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo where Velma doesn't appear.

Anonymous2(1): Freezer: You make an arguable point, but I think Velma and Scrappy were both in Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo (although I haven't found any evidence either way if they appeared together). I think this could be argued both ways with neither of us changing our minds.

TPIndustries: @Anonymous: They actually have met in Scooby-Doo! and the Curse of the 13th Ghost which was created as a conclusion to the show. Although Flim-Flam had a "growth spurt" and has an older appearance in the movie

Anonymous4: @anonymous 2: Velma appears in the 79 and 84 Scrappy seasons. Daphne had returned to main character status in 83. Velma and Fred were both guests in 84. As for the recent movie, Flim Flam remains the only non-villain she's ever been attracted to.
