Giorno could've folded Pucci like a folding chair no matter his current stand. Not to mention Giorno kinda looks like DIO in some ways so Pucci would be hesitating. Hell he could even neutralize Pucci instead of take him off the census by acting like he knew DIO and/or was on his side and convince him to nail Jolyne out. HELL EVEN IF JOTARO COULDNT COME OVER TO THE COURT DUE TO HIS JOB HE COULD SEND SPEEDWAGON PERSONNEL TO ACT LIKE A LAWYER FOR JOYLNE. Actually the case was so simple and I doubt Jotaro was thinking Joylne would be manipulated by "I hear all" elf looking ass for a lawyer to just confess since just looking at the wheel and whose fingerprints was on it it would be obvious her boyfriend was the one and only one driving.
