Anonymous2(1): I think Shao was probably more about power, expansion and influence more than something base like sex. I mean he never really pursued women or sought wives before or after Sindel by the looks of it. I think he had a ploy to marry Sonya once but it was a politically motivated where he had something to gain. He also didn’t father any children of his own even though apparently even gods are proven to be able to produce offsprings, half-lings and Demi-gods except for possibly Mileena although she’s kinda made to be obedient and loyal with the purpose of being used or to serve. Although when you live for indeterminate amount of time, what’s the point of an heir really? In fact having a child with a right to the throne after you’re gone is almost guaranteed to make betrayal an inevitability and considering he swiped the throne from dragon boy, he’s probably not even gonna go near there. I mean he already has a scheming snake of a sorcerer to be wary of and rightfully so, he probably doesn’t want to carelessly add more things to worry about to his plate.
In summary I don’t think Shao Kahn was about that sort of thing. Most men are about sex and stuff but he didn’t get to the top by being like most men.
