sol_efn: @Shedy: Not the first. You can see Alder's arm hair (gen 5 champion) as well as Wulfric (gen 6 ice gym leader). The gen 8 black belt npc trainer also has chest hair, Meyer from the anime also shows body hair sometimes. That's just what I can remember on top of my head.
