Bolin doesn't care. His face doesn't say "Oh sweet, naked chick", it more of a friendly hello. Sure, Korra's hot, but a naked body is a naked body.

Korra literally gives no fucks. Not to mention that living in a remote, ice-fortress compound, without contact to the outside world might leave you a little ignorant of sexual things. She probably never received "the talk".

And Mako is a fucking tool.
