I don't know the person's source for this so I don't know how true it is and no exact age is given for Garry but everyone seems to be in agreement that Ib is nine. But until exact ages are given / confirmed by the creator we don't really know and can only guess.
Girls can be mentally mature before boys and their bodies can mature faster than boys...I don't remember when my breasts started getting huge / growing but I had my first period when I was ten and supposedly girls as young as seven could possibly get their period and / or develop breasts. I think she's taller in this pic so she's probably been aged up by the artist for various reasons.
