jubilation_t_cornpone: Not if it's been resized, recompressed, or otherwise altered. Which is the only reason we have dupes. For that reason, people need to CHECK before uploading stuff. If what you're uploading is better quality than what is here, fine, upload and report the old one. If not, skip the upload.
And as it turns out, this is the larger one so it will be kept.
Anonymous2: On some sites they have very advanced detectors that identify dupes regardless of resizing or compression. The admins might want to upgrade to one of those, dupe uploads are very common around here.
