dijitz: @Anonymous: It's called exaggeration and it is quite common among cartoons, anime, etc. Like how in certain animes when they would punch so hard their hand would go protruding to their opponent's back. It's just to convey to the audience how hard they punched. Likewise, the protruding is to show how big he is for her.
