Anonymous3: That's one of those vacuum-pump plastic-membrane restraint toys. Turn on the evacuator blower and whoever's inside is held between two sheets of latex. Convenient for feeling 'em up for just hours and hours if they're in there naked. Not depicted here is the opening for the face, around which the latex sheeting seals tightly. The two-fer model can accommodate a pair, in any position or condition.

kinkybrain12: they're real. And there is generally a hole/mouthpiece/opening for breathing obviously. Just not viewable here. The kabuki mask thing I've seen before but it doesn't really work for me...
